I Fit For An Autopsy sono una deathcore band americana del Jersey City, New Jersey, formata nel 2008. La band è composta dai chitarristi Will Putney, Pat Sheridan e Tim Howley, il batterista Josean Orta, il bassista Peter “Blue” Spinoza e il cantante Joe Badolato. La band è attualmente sotto contratto con eOne Music e ha pubblicato tre album in studio. Il loro primo demo è del 2008, seguito un anno dopo dal primo EP, “Hell on Earth“. Nel 2011 pubblicano il loro primo full-length, “The Process of Human Extermination“. Nel mese di luglio 2016, la band ha annunciato uno split-album, chiamato “The Depression Sessions” con le deathcore band, Thy Art Is Murder e The Acacia Strain. L’EP è stato rilasciato il 12 agosto 2016.
